Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers – vouchers without a fixed service date Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wena Traeger, Krölpaer Straße 25, 07387 Krölpa, email: hallo@saalemomente.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory. You may also submit your withdrawal using the highlighted “Withdraw from contract” function at https://gutscheine.saalemomente.de/gutscheine/widerruf?lang=en. We will acknowledge receipt promptly by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Note on bookings for a specific date Services relating to leisure activities for which a specific date or period is agreed generally do not carry a statutory right of withdrawal under section 312g(2), number 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This does not automatically exclude a voucher without a fixed service date from the right of withdrawal. Any contractual rescheduling and cancellation rules for confirmed dates must be considered separately.
