The wedding, a reception and the meal together each have their own time. In the planner you name the arrival of the guests, the start of the meal and the location. This also includes the existing buffet areas, access and possibilities for cooling or keeping warm.
Your wedding buffet should suit the day's schedule and the facilities at your venue. We agree collection, delivery and buffet setup according to the distance and the size of your celebration. A cake or desserts by Susi can be requested separately.
For wedding catering in Thuringia, our starting point is the Schmiedehafen at the Portenschmiede. Whether your celebration takes place in Saale-Orla-Kreis, at Pößneck or in the Saalfeld room: Tell us the exact location so that we can check delivery and deployment.
