Wood, birch stems, quiet grays and the Lake Hohenwarte outside: the Schmiedehafen does not try to play city gastronomy. It belongs exactly here – on the campsite and yet open to locals, trippers and holiday guests.

Wena Traeger
Wena is the hostess and kitchen at the same time. She does not decide from a distant office, but stands at the stove herself, talks to guests and develops offers in such a way that they work in real restaurant everyday life.
Susi
Susi keeps the service together and gives the Schmiedehafen its own sweet signature with its cakes, cakes and desserts. Many special occasions become more personal because Pâtisserie and restaurant do not work separately from each other.
What is important to us
No unnecessarily complicated map, no anonymous event folder and no glossy promise made. We want to combine good food, honest planning and the feeling of staying seated here for a while.
