A reception, speeches and presentations need a different meal schedule from an intimate private anniversary. Tell us your guest numbers, the timing of formal moments and when you would like your anniversary buffet to begin. We use those details to agree handover and catering.
The existing equipment of your location belongs in the same planning: access, spaces, dishes and refrigeration. Additional service and a personal cake can be supplemented as desired services.
For a company anniversary or private anniversary in Thuringia, we check the actual venue. We are based at Campingplatz Portenschmiede below Wilhelmsdorf, beside Lake Hohenwarte. For celebrations in Saale-Orla-Kreis and around Saalfeld, we agree the distance, date and scope personally.

Tell us the number of guests, date and desired food. We check the scope personally; a large company party is not a prerequisite for the request.
Can we connect a reception and a later buffet?
Specify the desired times and the procedure. We agree handover, setup and hospitality for the individual parts with you.
Can company name or personal caption on a cake?
An individual cake can be requested as a desired service from Susi. Design, technical possibilities and execution are discussed in person.
